The buyer acknowledges that the vehicle is sold in used condition, with warranties or guarantees accordingly to Australian laws.
The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the purchase.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any offers or bids on the vehicle.
Payment must be made in full before the vehicle can be released to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for arranging transportation of the vehicle from the seller's location.
